B&G Foods, Nortera terminate Green Giant Canada sale agreement

B&G Foods Inc. said its agreement to sell Green Giant Canada to Nortera Inc. lapsed on Sept. 24, 2026, after closing conditions were not met by the outside date. B&G Foods will retain ownership of Green Giant Canada and review options, while Nortera will remain its primary co-manufacturer.
