DeFi Dev Corp authorizes CHAD preferred stock repurchase program

DeFi Development Corp. authorized a repurchase program for Variable Rate Series C Perpetual Preferred Stock (CHAD), covering up to all shares outstanding. Authorization extends to any CHAD issued in the future. Repurchases may be executed through open-market purchases or privately negotiated transactions. Program has no fixed expiration date and leaves timing and pricing to management discretion.
