Madrigal: Rezdiffra efficacy consistent across MASH genetic risk variants

New Journal of Hepatology data from a secondary analysis of Madrigal's Phase 3 MAESTRO-NASH trial showed Rezdiffra had broadly consistent benefits on liver disease measures across common genetic risk variants tied to MASH progression. Findings support use across genetically diverse patients, reducing the need to segment treatment by genotype in near-term commercialization. Analysis covered 738 trial participants with genetic testing and paired biopsies.
