Stoke Therapeutics completes dosing in first two cohorts of Phase 1 OSPREY trial for STK-002

Dosing has finished in the first two cohorts of Stoke Therapeutics' OSPREY study for STK-002 in optic atrophy. The third cohort is expected to complete by year-end 2026, with initial safety and efficacy readouts anticipated in H1 2027.
