Intellistake to acquire NanoAi Technologies, targeting deal close within 60 days

Intellistake has agreed to acquire NanoAi Technologies, a developer of airborne threat detection sensors. NanoAi has built out its Dallas-Richardson operations center leadership team ahead of planned laboratory testing of its platform. The deal is expected to close within 60 days of the Aug. 3, 2026 definitive agreement, subject to due diligence and a CAD 2 million minimum cash balance.
