TSS Inc. Leases 380K Sq Ft for AI/HPC Capacity

TSS Inc. signed a seven-year lease for approximately 380,000 sq ft across two buildings near its Georgetown, TX integration facility to support AI/HPC demand. The first building is expected to be occupied in October, with the second following a 2027 buildout.
