OFS SBIC I admits new partner selling 56.62% stake for $52,279,500

OFS Capital’s OFS SBIC I admitted a new limited partner that bought a 56.62% stake on Oct. 5, 2026, for $52,279,500. Proceeds will be distributed to the parent for new investments and general corporate purposes.
