AuthID signs $2 million licensing and support agreement with EinStrong Foundation

AuthID Inc. has signed a USD 2 million technology licensing, services, and support agreement with the EinStrong Charitable Foundation. EinStrong paid USD 1 million for a non-exclusive license and committed another USD 1 million for biometric de-duplication development support. The deal supports EinStrong's universal ID program, which uses AuthID biometrics to verify recipients for direct cash transfers. AuthID also reported a roughly 40% decrease in monthly cash operating expenses compared to Q1 2026.
