B&G Foods, Nortera Terminate Green Giant Canada Asset Purchase Deal

B&G Foods, Inc. and Nortera Foods announced the termination of their asset purchase agreement for Green Giant Canada, which was originally agreed upon in October 2025. The termination was effective October 5, 2026.
