Scynexis: Phase 1 study results for ADPKD drug SCY-770

Scynexis Inc announced Phase 1 study results for its experimental drug SCY-770, an oral direct AMPK activator for autosomal dominant polycystic kidney disease. The company stated SCY-770 was well tolerated with a favorable safety profile at higher doses. A Phase 2 study is on track to start in Q4 2026.
