Regeneron and Sanofi have amended their collaboration agreement for antibody development. Sanofi will pay Regeneron $1 billion upfront and up to $7 billion in potential milestone payments for co-development and co-commercialization of four new long-acting antibodies targeting IL-4, IL-13, IL-4Rα, and a bispecific IL-4xIL-13.
