International Bancshares to move primary listing to TXSE

International Bancshares Corporation will transfer the primary listing of its common stock from Nasdaq to the Texas Stock Exchange. It is expected to begin trading on TXSE at market open Oct. 19, 2026, under the ticker "IBOC." Nasdaq trading will continue until market close Oct. 16, 2026.
