SAP to acquire AI work intelligence platform TechWolf

SAP SE agreed to acquire TechWolf, an AI work intelligence platform provider, to expand its work intelligence capabilities within SuccessFactors. TechWolf’s platform models tasks, skills, and labor-market data. The deal is expected to close in Q4 2026, subject to customary conditions, including regulatory approval.
