Knight Therapeutics gets Brazil ANVISA approval for chronic GVHD drug NIKTIMVO

Knight Therapeutics received expedited ANVISA rare-disease clearance in Brazil for NIKTIMVO (axatilimab) to treat chronic GVHD in adults and pediatric patients aged 6+ following failure of at least two systemic therapies. The approval supports Knight’s Latin America distribution deal with Incyte.
