First Atlantic Nickel & Cobalt Corp. Raises $3.49M in Private Placement

First Atlantic Nickel & Cobalt Corp. has closed a no-warrant, non-brokered private placement, raising $3.49 million at $0.83 per flow-through share. This financing, which was approximately 22% above its Oct. 5 TSXV close, brings total financings since September to about $13.4 million. The funds will be used to support exploration at Pipestone XL.
