GEO Group to redeem $650 million in senior secured notes on Oct. 15, 2026

The GEO Group Inc. plans to redeem all USD 650 million of its 8.625% Senior Secured Notes due 2029 on October 15, 2026. The redemption price is set at USD 1,043.13 per USD 1,000 principal, totaling approximately USD 678 million. Net proceeds from recent asset sales will fund the redemption deposit by October 14, 2026.
