Sunview Group Berhad proposes disposal of Winstar Capital shares

Sunview Group Berhad has proposed the disposal of 70,034,999 ordinary shares in Winstar Capital Berhad, representing a 22.44% equity interest, for a cash consideration of approximately RM30.1 million. The company has also sought and mutually agreed to a further extension of time for the completion of the disposal.
