World Co. Affiliate to Acquire Uchino
An affiliate of Japanese apparel company World Co. will establish a new company to acquire the Japanese towel manufacturer Uchino Co., according to a Yomiuri report.
World Co. , the long-established Japanese towel maker. The new company will subsequently become a wholly owned subsidiary of the associate firm.
