Reiss & Co signs urban development framework deal for Berlin Hertzallee Nord project

Reiss & Co has signed an urban development framework agreement with Berlin to redevelop the Hertzallee Nord site. The plan targets about 150,000 sq m of gross floor area for a mixed-use campus with university space, offices, and housing.
