Katrina Group substantial shareholder Alan Goh Keng Chian's interest was disclosed as 75.43% of voting rights, including 392,600 direct and 192,782,408 deemed shares, following warrant exercises on Oct. 5, 2026. His spouse, Madaline Catherine Tan Kim Wah, also reported a deemed interest of 75.43%. This reflects dilution from 105,900 new shares issued.
