Fortinova Fastigheter agrees to buy Varberg Delfinen 1 property for Sek 95 million

Fortinova Fastigheter AB (publ) has entered into an agreement to acquire the Varberg Delfinen 1 property for an underlying property value of Sek 95 million and a preliminary purchase price for shares of Sek 25.3 million.
