CODI withdraws KRW 33bn convertible bond issuance due to investor non-performance

CODI has withdrawn planned private placement convertible bond issuances totaling KRW 33 billion, comprising a KRW 3 billion tranche and a KRW 30 billion tranche, both scheduled to price on Oct. 6, 2026. This action follows missed payments due to contract non-performance by the designated investors.
