Arvex appoints Yap Shuh Jian as executive director

Arvex appointed Yap Shuh Jian, 64, as executive director effective Oct. 6, 2026. Yap has led corporate restructurings, property development, construction contracting, robotics and UV-C LED disinfection systems, and EV solution work. He previously served as CEO of NWP Holdings (now Auro Holdings) from November 2021 to June 2022. Yap is also a director at Alam Maritim Resources.
