Humana to hold extraordinary shareholder meeting on Oct. 30, 2026

Humana will hold an extraordinary general meeting in Stockholm on Oct. 30, 2026, at the request of Ambea, which controls more than 90% of shares. Shareholders will vote on setting the board at three members with no remuneration. Mark Jensen, Benno Eliasson and Johan Regnér are proposed as new board members.
