HighPeak Energy Sells 450,000 Preferred Shares to Strategic Investors

HighPeak Energy has entered into two Securities Purchase Agreements to issue an aggregate of 450,000 shares of Series A 6.0% Perpetual Convertible Preferred Stock to two strategic investors: Danantara Energy International (250,000 shares) and Tunas Harapan Perkasa (200,000 shares).
