Highpeak Energy announces $450 million preferred equity investment and $800 million credit facility

Highpeak Energy Inc announced a $450 million preferred equity investment and an $800 million credit facility, which is expected to fully repay its existing $1.17 billion term loan. Citibank and Fifth Third are providing committed financing for the credit facility.
