Eco&Dream prices KRW 35 billion convertible bond issue

Eco&Dream set a KRW 35 billion issuance of 8th-series unsecured private convertible bonds to fund working capital, mainly precursor raw-material purchases. Conversion price set at KRW 9,700 per share, implying 3,608,247 new common shares, equal to 20.29% of outstanding shares.
