Rui Zhang, via his wholly owned Vastway Technology Co., Ltd., acquired 17,446,471 Class A shares of AGM Group Holdings Inc., representing 81.48% of the Class A stock. The purchase closed on Oct. 5, 2026, and the Schedule 13D was filed on Oct. 6, 2026, making Zhang the controlling shareholder.
