AYR Wellness completes Ohio asset transfer to Arboretum unit

AYR Wellness completed the transfer of its Ohio operations into subsidiaries of Arboretum Bidco LLC, set up by the company's senior secured noteholders, under its restructuring transactions, after securing state regulatory clearances.
