Adia Med sells 30% of Adia Labs to QCM for $1.5 million

Adia Med entered a Membership Interest Purchase Agreement to sell 30% of Adia Labs to QCM Biologics for $1.5 million, including $1.0 million cash and a $500,000 promissory note at 7% with interest-only payments for 48 months.
