Ocugen adjourns vote on share increase proposal to Oct. 26

Ocugen reconvened its special stockholder meeting on Oct. 5, 2026, then adjourned again. Shareholders did not adopt an amendment to increase authorized common shares by 250,000,000; the vote was deferred, and the meeting was adjourned to Oct. 26, 2026 to allow more time for consideration and voting.
