Xcimer Energy Gets Additional $30.5M From DOE Fusion Program

Xcimer Energy has finalized an agreement for up to $30.5 million in additional federal funding through the U.S. Department of Energy’s Milestone-Based Fusion Development Program. This brings the total available funding to $39.5M, with an additional $4M from ARPA-E for a total of $43.5M in non-dilutive federal funding.
