CNL Capital corrects 2026 interim dividend to EUR 0.15 per share

CNL Capital EKES AIFM corrected its notice of an interim dividend distribution for fiscal 2026, setting the net interim dividend pool at EUR 109,845, or EUR 0.15 per share, excluding treasury shares held on Oct. 2, 2026. The final per-share payout will be recalculated based on treasury shares held on the Dec. 2, 2026 ex-date. Shares trade ex-dividend on Dec. 2, 2026, with payment scheduled to start on Dec. 9, 2026.
