Sunway terminates dormant Sunway Residence Trust

Sunway terminated its Sunway Residence Trust in Singapore on Oct. 6, 2026, following a group reorganization completed on Dec. 19, 2024. The trust had remained dormant since the reorganization; its manager and trustee executed a deed of termination on Oct. 6. Sunway said the termination has no financial impact on the group.
