ANV Group completes Assured Underwriting Group acquisition

ANV Group has completed the acquisition of specialist MGA Assured Underwriting Group (AUG) from UK-based private equity firm Mobeus, in a deal first announced in June. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
