Unicaja integrates private banking unit Unicorp Patrimonio

Unicaja has completed the integration of its group brokerage Unicorp Patrimonio, reorganizing investment services under a more coordinated operating model. Unicorp Patrimonio’s private banking business has moved into the bank, with client coverage shifting to Unicaja Banca Privada. Unicaja Asset Management absorbed Unicorp Patrimonio’s investment technical capabilities to strengthen product design and portfolio solutions. The reorganization supports Unicaja’s 2025-2027 strategy to deepen focus on higher-value segments such as private and personal banking.
