IL: Song Sung Geun keeps 21.16% stake after pledge changes

IL's controlling shareholder Song Sung Geun filed an amended disclosure Oct. 6, citing revised stock-pledge loan terms. Total holdings remained at 7,810,048 shares, or 21.16% of outstanding voting shares.
