V.S. Industry disclosed an increase in director Wong Cheer Feng's indirect interest via his spouse's acquisition of 1,000,000 ordinary shares. Holdings were registered under Chan Wai Kim on Oct. 6, 2026, at RM 0.320, RM 0.325 per share. Mr Wong's indirect/deemed interest rose to 8,540,000 shares, equal to 0.22%.
