Blue Cap AG CEO Departs; Chair to Oversee Strategy and Finance

Blue Cap AG announced that CEO Dr Henning von Kottwitz will leave the Management Board on October 8, 2026. Chairman Dr Christian Diekmann will join the Management Board from October 9, taking responsibility for strategy and finance, while Henning Eschweiler will focus on M&A.
