Blue Cap AG: Chairman of the Management Board to leave company Oct 8

Blue Cap AG announced that the Supervisory Board and Chairman of the Management Board, Dr. Henning von Kottwitz, have agreed that he will leave the board effective end of Oct. 8. His successor will be the Supervisory Board Chairman, Dr. Christian Diekmann.
