Asia Stocks Mostly Higher on Tech Rally, Seoul Falls

Asian markets saw a mixed performance, with the Nikkei 225 and Hang Seng indices both rising 1%. Mumbai's Sensex gained 0.8% and Singapore's STI increased by 0.5%. Technology and AI stocks were strong performers. Trading in mainland China remained closed for a holiday.
