Chua Ming Huat acquired 50,000 ordinary shares in Enra Group Bhd on Oct. 2, 2026, increasing his total holding to 12,035,000 shares. This represents a 6.51% direct interest and a 0.63% indirect interest. The acquisition was made indirectly through Summit Investment Partners Limited.
