Mudajaya wins High Court dismissal of CCC bid to set aside adjudication decision

The High Court dismissed China Communications Construction (ECRL)'s bid to set aside or stay a May 31, 2026, adjudication win for Mudajaya, allowing enforcement of adjudication costs as a High Court judgment. The court awarded RM 25,000 in costs to Mudajaya’s unit.
