Asteel: substantial shareholder Clifford Hii lifts indirect stake to 53.08%

Datuk Clifford Hii Toh Leong increased his indirect stake in Asteel to 53.08% via acquisitions totaling 323,700 ordinary shares between Oct. 1-5. The disclosure cited a takeover deal as the reason for the change.
