dynaCERT seeks TSX approval to extend CAD 1 million convertible note maturity to 2027

dynaCERT plans to extend the maturity of its CAD 1,000,000 convertible note to Oct. 9, 2027, subject to TSX acceptance. Other terms remain unchanged.
