Govt Discussing ATF Price Pressures With Airlines, OMCs Amid West Asia Crisis

New Delhi, Oct. 6 -- The government is in discussion with both airlines and oil marketing companies (OMCs) to address the ongoing impact of the West Asia crisis, which is putting significant pressure on aviation turbine fuel (ATF) prices, said Union Civil Aviation Minister Ram Mohan Naidu. Speaking to the media, Naidu said the situation is being monitored and discussions are under way with the relevant stakeholders.
