Stechm EGM adopts articles of incorporation amendments

Stechm's extraordinary shareholders' meeting on Oct. 6, 2026, approved amendments to its articles of incorporation, adding new business purposes in areas such as renewables, cosmetics, AI systems management, media production, and solar power.
