HL D&I Halla guarantees KRW 275 billion loan for Seongsu office development

HL Holdings unit HL D&I Halla provided a KRW 275 billion debt guarantee for a project finance loan for a Seongsu-dong office development. The guarantee covers the borrower HL No.7 Seongsu Project REIT's borrowing from a lender group and runs from Oct. 8, 2026, to Oct. 8, 2029. This guarantee amounts to 48.05% of HL D&I Halla's 2025 year-end consolidated equity.
