Ardian, Rockfield buy stake in The Social Hub Berlin

Ardian and Rockfield have acquired a majority stake in The Social Hub Berlin, a hybrid asset with 474 units. The Social Hub will continue to operate the property under a long-term management agreement as part of its asset-light growth strategy. This joint venture also introduces long-term capital for future investments.
