LONDON, Oct. 6 (Reuters) — Equinor CEO Anders Opedal said on Tuesday that failing to win approval for the Rosebank or Jackdaw upstream projects would be a major blow to Equinor's Adura joint venture with Shell in the North Sea. Speaking at the Energy Intelligence Forum in London, Opedal said not approving Rosebank would be contrary to energy security and job creation. He added that if the projects were not approved, Equinor and others would begin to question whether the UK was investible.
